X3 features leaked Part 1 interface
In spite of tight security at Cakewalk, a leaked preview of X3 has become available with some revolutionary changes in store. For those who have objected to the newness and complexity of the Skylight interface, Cakewalk engineers have completely re-vamped the interface for X3. The friendly retro look is reinforced by the clean simplicity of the new UI which can be controlled by any controller that has at least two knobs.

Looks just like Windows 8 to me! Is Sonar now going to be a "Metro" app so you can do pro audio recording and mixing on your cell phone while driving?
