Sonar X3 looks cool - how can I make sure my chord box bug was squished?

I know there will probably be a demo - but would like to *probably* get it sooner.  Sorry if this is not the right place to post - not sure where to ask.  The report I have (since X2a) only says 'submitted to development'.  Any with X3 that had this issue confirm that it's fixed?  It's a pretty obvious one:
