Melodyne Crash when opening it

Am I not doing something right? Error: Melodyne Licenser has stopped responding.

    That looks like something on their end. Is that PC connected to the internet?

    Yes It's connected. Do I have to register or something?

    If you don't activate Melodyne it'll run in a playback mode. You need to setup an account with them and activate your serial number.
