Eastern most point in the U.S.A.

We just pulled in to Lubec Maine, which is said to be the Eastern most pointy in the U.S.A.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I found the tofu. They have it at the local I.G.A.

My cell phone thinks it is Canada. I wonder how much that is going to cost?

:-)

Me friend just returned from there on Thursday.  He said finding internet is very spotty there, but you CAN find a McLobster sandwich at that restaurant with the golden arches.

We drove by a Mcdonald's in Machais. It was called a "Mcdonald's Cafe" which was a variant I had never seen before.

We have "McCafes" in New Zealand. Normally inside the normal McDonalds. A little more upmarket if you like- no life sized models of the Hamburgler and Grimace

I grew up not far from there, in a place called Limestone. My advice: get out of there before winter hits! Unless it's already too late.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

I'm walking around in sandals with out socks and I'm having trouble with too much sun burn.

It's something like 65* in the sun and I'm loving it.

Being a Floridian, I can not even imagine what it must be like when the snow packs.
