X3 won't install

X3 won't install

X3 Producer 32bit install gets about 50% through on it's installation and then hangs.
Firewall is turned off and anti-virus is turned off.
Tried three times after downloaded twice to make sure the dl wasn't corrupted.
Any suggestions?

    Ok, maybe this is a sign that I need to move over to the 64 bit version, let's see what happens to that install...

    It appears to have something to with vcredist2012_x86.exe

    Ok, figured it out, the hang up was with .net install and visual c++ installs.
    Had to go into task manager and kill those processes as they came up.
    Never had this issue before tonight...
