Addictive Drums Downloader issue ?

When downloading via there specific on-line down-loader, if you get cut off for whatever reason or strop the download, then when you start it up again, it downloads from as if from point zero again.
 
Is this normal ? I've asked the question on their support mail address, but it seems ludicrous there is no resume function. Anyone come across this ?
