Damn you Cakewalk!

I have just spent three solid weeks on a song.. sequencing, sound design, recording, mixing and mastering.. (its a cover of Yazoo's "Only You")
You know how it goes when you get focused and in a groove?..15 hrs a day, woken up in the middle of the night with the song haunting your sleep, endless tweaks, 20 different versions on CD to test with your car, your home hifi...

I and my ears needed a rest.. so I am here, at the boat .. for some peace and do some work before the blizzards come.. and damn it!..everyone is so gosh darned impressed with x3..wtf!

So now, rather than looking forward to some relaxed boat therapy .. now, now, dammit, my viewpoint has warped so it looks like my choice is scrape varnish, or rush home to download x3.......

Gee Thanks Cake!

Why don't you quit clowning around and buy a beefy laptop for the boat and continue to work on X3 while you are away from it all????? :)

You could surf the net, not letting anything slip by you, while you sail into the future with X3, getting hooked on the whale of new features after reviewing the porpoise of each tool.

Careful though, if you're using Waves plugs (or other VST3 compatible ones) they could be reset to their default settings if you open and save your project in X3.
