need help with vst3 with waves vocal rider

one help me get my vocalrider fully funtional

    What is the first issue you are running into?  Loading it? Inserting it?

    it is showing up under vst2 and not vst 3 to work fully. i can not use the music function grey/blacked out . now it is version 7 32 bit plugin would that be the reason

    When you initially installed the software, was there an option within the installer as to which plugin format(s) of the plugin can be installed? I've seen tons of companies doing this with all the new plugin formats that are out now.  Can you run the installer for that plugin and tell me if it gives you the option to install/not install this as a VST3.  Make sure to read every page on the installer before you hit [Next].

    it seems that the vst3 is not scanning the 32 bit plugins is it only 64bit because the waves 7.1shows in the vst3 common files
