X3 Pro Channel FX Chain Won't let me add a plugin

It doesn't matter if its a new project or old  or buss or channel,,,,  Pro channel FX chain Box will not open a plugin list, Anyone else having that problem yet . I submitted this To CW already

i7 CPU , 32g Ram , Win 10 Pro 64 bit ,,960 SSD drive
Sonar Platinum Producer , PT12 vanilla , Studio One Pro 3 , Melodyne Studio 4 , Wavelab 9.5,  All Steven Slate Plugs ,  80 Waves plugins , ( 2 ) UAD 2 Octo pcie  Toontrack Superior Drummer 2.1 , EZ Keys , (6)Hairball Audio 1176s , ( 8 ) Seventh Circle N72s , A12s , ( 2 ) Capi VP312s ,Yamaha NS-10Ms, B3031As ,TLM 103 ( 2 ) Royer R121s, Rode Classic, Cascade C77

    Can you try the following?
    • Close SONAR
    • Hold CTRL + Shift
    • Double Click on the SONAR icon on your desktop
    Same results?

    Can you try the following?
    • Close SONAR
    • Hold CTRL + Shift
    • Double Click on the SONAR icon on your desktop
    Same results?
     
     


    That didn't work , But it was worth a try

    Can you drag a plug-in from the browser to the PC?

    yes I can drag a plugin from anywhere and it will load in the Pro channel FX bin ,,  but no drop down list in Pro Chan

    in the fx chain in the prochannel there are two buttons near the bottom.  one is listed controls (you will see knobs in the chain) and the other is labeled effects.  is the effects button lit and a blank area showing?  that's where the right-click audio fx works.  just a thought...  screenshots might help.

    The two buttons on the bottom will only let me successfully choose the preset chains only . I did notice that my plugin presets folders have lost all my Waves plugins and UAD plugins ( they are all shaded out like transparent ).... Now I have to Create new plugin folders for my Plugin Manager . this is gonna take awhile.
