The store is down again...NM, it's back up...
Once the store was back up and running I processed my X2 Producer to X3 Producer order. The serials were in my account in under 10 minutes, and the files came in at ~1 MB/second. Then, the store kicked me out and won't let me back in. G

It's not for me, but it could be over-subscribed. Cakewalk might take a look at AWS Cloud-front. They can offer to charge per utilization so that new webservers can be added dynamically. When not in use, charges are minimal, and you're not paying for uptime of servers you're not using. It's pretty slick.

All wiring Star-Quad XLR or Monster Cable. Power by Monster Power Signature AVS2000 voltage stabilizer and Signature Pro Power 5100 PowerCenter on a 20A isolation shielded circuit.

I don't know what's going on but the large X3 Producer files don't seem to be downloading. #1 and #2 downloaded quick. #3 is saying it will take 2 days to download.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. Getting that on my links

Yeah, they are definitely messing with stuff. After it came back up, I tried to download DSF Symphonic Strings HD - Free with SONAR X2 Producer purchase from my account, which said that the link had expired, now it's completely gone. This has hit-n-miss been a bit frustrating, but X3 is finally up and running for me. G

This happens with most companies when they release a product so I'm use to it. The volume of visits increases quite a bit and things get messy. They'll sort it out, hopefully sooner than later.

That's why I mentioned AWS. Amazon has the ability to flex when the need arises, dynamically, so that there are no Denial-of-Service outages from a new release. Plus, it's more geography-based, in that, the end-user may connect to an AWS data center closer by.

I seem to remember it being mentioned that Cakewalk has moved over to using one of the Amazon services for the site for this release but I might be wrong.

I just downloaded the Dimension_Pro files about 15 minutes ago. My connection is a 100Mbps synchronous through a backbone provider, so it will go as fast as Cakewalk's pipe and push it out or 100Mbps, whichever is slower, minus the HTTP/TCP overhead.

The problem I had seems to be adblock plus or one of the other extensions I have in Firefox and Chrome like NoScript (though no warning came up that anything was being blocked). Worked fine in IE.

I've tried Firefox, Chrome and IE. I've successfully downloaded Part1&3 after a few dead/Corrupted downloads with the Amazon links in my account. The part 2 links come up to a blank page saying the server reset the connection, before I would get a dead download or it would stop saying the source file could not be read. Support sent me links that point to Cloudfront and again I'm having issues with Part2. Only got it to DL in IE but afterwards the DL did not finalize and I get a message saying the file does not exist. All I'm left with is a Giant temp file that I cannot rename or gives me a fuss when I try to delete. On DSL a DL of this size it rather irritating when it ends up dead... I've downloaded TBs of data over the years and rarely ever have an issue, It's clearly something with their system. I'm not sure why I'm required to DL 4.5 GBs either, can't we just have an EXE for the core DAW, something closer to like 250MB?
