Audio Snap No Snap

I have looked at several tutorials on Audio Snap 2, also read the tutorials.  I Get It!  But mine ain't doin' what the videos do.  So, I've got an audio click track, meaning an audio track that all it has are the clicks for the correct tempo.  It even has a beat every 4 beats that's louder than the other 3 denoting beat 1.  I import it into Track 1, I sync up the very 1st beat with beat 1 of Sonar's Global measure 2.  Follow me so far?  Next, I pull up the Audio Snap tool bar, and without trying to get complicated, I make the transient markers appear.  (BTW, I can't find where I choose the drop down for Transient Markers) Anyhoo, then I choose 1/4 note as the resolution.  Then, I simply choose the 1st choice on far left for the Project Tempo to follow Clip.  That's exactly what I want it to do.  However, Sonar estimates the tempo to be about 40 BPM. Well, for any ole farts out there the song I'm working on is the old Jackson 5 tune ABC, OBVIOUSLY, that ain't the tempo.  So, shouldn't I see Sonar's Global tempo shift to match the clip's tempo?  It doesn't.  So, then I also tried editing the beat markers to match the correct transient markers, but that doesn't work except up to meas. 3.  When I try to slide Beat Marker 4:1 over Transient Marker 4:1 it won't let me.

Some PLEEZE help me.  I've got about 40 of these projects to do.

OK! So, I learned how to take the audio click track, and use the Stretch feature to tell each beat marker that was on beat 1 to stretch to the global beat 1, and I see all the other beats slide into their proper place in respect to the global tempo.  So, I thought I saw in 1 video where I could load all the tracks, highlight all of them, then when I make a change to 1 it affects (or slides in this case) all of them, but that's NOT the case.

So, next I figured out that, at least on the drum track, I could set the resolution on 1/4, then Quantize also at 1/4 it worked like a charm.  I then tried importing all of the other tracks, highlighting them ALL, then doing the same thing, but that didn't work at all.

Now I figured out that if I use Stretch on a beat marker, and put it on beat 1, then Disable the markers in between, it all stretches out fine; but there's GOT to be a better way.  Isn't there a way I can copy 1 of the tracks that's working, like my click track, as if it were DNA, and paste it to the other tracks?

I wish I had just 1 other person to dialog with on this issue.  I KNOW I'm not the only twit that can't figure out how they do it SOO easily on ALL the vids, and I can't.
