Axe-FX II Input Driver with X3

X3 no longer lists an input driver for my Axe-FX II (running directly into my machine via USB).  I can however see an output driver.  The input driver shows up correctly in X2 and works as intended.  Win7 x64.

Mine has been working great with X3 Producer. Let's try this:

Go to Edit > Preferences (advanced) > Audio > Configuration File and select [Reset Config to Defaults]

If this doesn't work please try rebooting

All else fails,
Try clean installing the AXE-FX II driver from the Control Panel and download and install it again from their site:

http://www.fractalaudio.com/downloads/drivers/axe-fx-2/Axe-Fx_II_USB_Driver_Setup_168.exe

Make sure to follow the driver install correctly and to plug it in when prompted. (Crucial)

Updating the drivers did the trick - I was actually running the prior version which may have been part of the issue.  Thanks for quickly pointing me in the right direction!

I just think it's really cool that someone at Cakewalk is using an Axe-FX II!  That's awesome!

They call 'em fingers, but I've never seen 'em fing.
