One simple question about X3 Take Lanes

In X2, if you record multiple takes in a MIDI track and mute the lanes or clips you don't want to hear or see (you just want to keep them as ideas) like this:
 

 
and if you collapse the lanes, the muted clips are still visible like this:
 


So there's no way to hide the muted clips.
How about in X3? If it's still the same, what's your workaround?

    No, the muted clips are still visible (and editable), unfortunately.
