(FIXED)....Pro Channel directory problem...

My Pro Channel directory lists two plug ins that don't work. They are the Soft Tube active and passive Eq's.  Somehow they got installed with the TSAR-1R reverb unit. When I open them they show a pop-up that says they need to have an I-Lok activation, which is not possible because I never purchased them, and have no desire to do so. So I want to remove them from my Pro Channel module options list. To make room for other modules I may get in the future. So how do I go about removing these two annoying modules ??

Thanks in advance for any input !!

If the plug-ins were installed with TSAR-1R you may be able to rerun the installer again and uninstall those items by modifying the install. If that is unsuccessful you can manually remove the dlls. Go to C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared Utilities\Internal. Inside this folder you'll most likely see a Soft Tube folder and inside that dlls for the plug-ins you mention. You can either delete or  move the dlls to another place on the system if you wish to save them. Once they are removed from SONAR should automatically detect the change and remove them from the menus.

Thanks, I tried your suggestion but in the internal folder I found Soft Tube folder, but all that was in there was the Saturation Knob files.

    I'll see if I can re-install the TSAR-1R unit.

I tried uninstalling the TSAR-1R and it wouldn't uninstall, it said to remove it manually which I did but it's still there !!! I tried re-installing it and no change...the active and passive eq still show up in Pro Channel. I really want to remove them because the real estate in the Pro Channel module options list is limited to only so many modules.

I fixed it by going into plug-in manager, located the unwanted eq's in the main c:drive location, went in and found them in resources and deleted them...restarted X3 and poof they were gone !!

    Thanks for your help !!
