TH2 missing footer in Sonar X2?

The TH2 footer with the BPM, Preferences, Manual and Info options are missing.  I can see it when I launch TH2 as a standalone but not in Sonar X2?

Here are two images showing this issue.  Please help so I can make TH2 video tutorials running TH2 as a plugin in Sonar X2.  (X2a build 351) - x64

This first image shows the TH2 footer when run in standalone operation.

This second image shows the TH2 footer is missing when running as a plugin into Sonar X2 software.

I managed to figure out a solution to this issue and here is what I did to resolve it.
  • I updated the drivers for my Intel PC video card which did need updating.
  • I toggled through the Windows themes with TH2 open and found that the issue was fixed when I used the "Windows classic" theme. NOTE: I was originally using the Windows 7 theme which was hiding the footer.
  • I resized the TH2 window to fit the entire screen still using the "Windows classic" theme. At this point it is FINALLY working perfectly :).  I thought I was stuck with the Windows classic theme.
  • I finally tried changing back to the original Windows 7 theme and the issue has FINALLY been resolved :)
I truly hope this helps others because I can assure you it did take quite a bit of time and persistence to figure out.
