Problem loading Session Drummer 3

Hi ,
I have recently upgraded my DAW and also downloaded SONAR X3. I am using 64 bit win 8 and my sound card is RME 9632. Following installation when started to use SONAR I have tried to add Session Drummer to an audio channel. But faced with an error message " following vst plug-in failed to load...." . Even vst scanner was finding it and it was appearing in plug in manager window it was not working. Via custom installation option I have installed  session drummer once again , clicked rescan failed plug-ins and rescan existing plugins boxes , etc..but it was not working. Recently I have pushed reset button , than scanned again.. Now session drummer completely lost ! Not in plug in manager window at all. Even I do see dll file under directory ,  not able to be scanned and located in Sonar anymore !
 
I would appreciate if any of you have a solution for this because support service could not manage and helped me to fix this problem.
