Session Drummer 2/midi problem

I ran into an odd issue. 
I downloaded Session Drummer 2 a while back and the first time I used it, it worked like a charm. I was able to drag the pattern into the project and had no issues at all. 
I recently came back to start another projects and followed the same process but for some reason when I export the song, the drums arent there. 
Anyone know what the problem might be?
