How to upload an avatar

Looking for help displaying an avatar that I uploaded to my profile.  It shows the pic is uploaded in the user control panel.  But it doesn't display for any posts.

    You need to upload two, one for when you're online and one for when you're offline.  Make sure you hit SAVE once you've got them uploaded.
