Was able to upgrade to producer but still have not been sent my links. That was at 2pm

    They were in my account within a few minutes and I never got an email.

    Hmmm... each time I have upgraded, I have gotten the download links right on the purchase page (they will also show up in your account). By the time any progress on downloading was done, I had the serial numbers also on my account page. Did you see the purchase confirmation page with your purchase ID (WEBU....)? I am almost thinking the transaction did not occur... and I would recommend contacting your card carrier first and check transactions, then taking this info to CW customer service if a transaction DID occur (give CW the transaction ID on your purchase).

    Check your Paypal or CC account to confirm the transaction went through (if via Paypal, you should have gotten an emailed receipt).
