Sonar X1 Essential

Update to previous post, we launched SI-Bass into the same project and the input indicator 'fluctuations' passed from the SI-Strings channel indicator to newly introduced SI-Bass channel input indicator !!!  we have a similar 'equipment' set up in the studio (eg UA25 audio and same make & model of data controller) and there is no problem, the issue is only apparent in our 'home' studio...identical set up !!!!    what can be causing this to happen only on SI-Instrument plu-ins and only at home ?
 
Hi, we're using the SI-Strings plug in and the channel control is showing input on the indicator when nothing is being played on the keyboard/data controller !!..  When we adjust the volume input slider the volume change is erratic as if the slider were dirty and it is affecting the volume level during play back...can anyone help resolve.?..
 
We've tried re-booting PC to clear but nothing seems to stop the input volume indicator from acting as if it is getting input it dances up and down constantly..all other channel controls are clear and act correcty
