This is not new. Undo "Insert Synth" deletes from synth rack in X2a Producer.

Yeah, that's a little weird. Has always worked AFAIK, even before X1.

Odd .. In X2 if I delete a synth track the track deletes but not the synth form the synth rack . I would have to delete it manualy . Im wondering if it just dose the last undo and I never realized that before. So that would mean If I simply delete the track I would have to delete the synth and only an undo would clear up synth . I dunno. Im just very happy with X3.. By far the best and stablest version to date,  So many little fixes that means soooo much in the big picture.. I'm actually having fun again with Sonar!!!
I too love the synth replace >>> awesome<<<
Cant wait to see Noels Notes!!! To find out what really went under the hood !

It's been nice reading this sentiment over and over again since X3's release.

Ahh thats what it is Thanx scook .. Well then when you delete a soft synth track it should delete everything thats associated with that track.

I am not sure everyone would agree but a case could be made for that behavior.

Make it a pop up question when deleting a synth track: "Delete Synth from Synth Rack? Y/N", "Delete Associated Audio Track(s)? Y/N"
