Installing Upgrade over existing instruments

Just purchased and dloaded X3a Producer to upgrade my existing X2a Producer. If I remember correctly, there were a few issues upgrading X1 to X2 with overlapping plugins. My question is this.
I already own full versions of Melodyne, Strum Accoustic, True Pianos, Dim Pro, and Rapture, Should I do a custom install and deselect these? What about THD and Prochannel stuff or any of the other included effects? Is there any new content for any of these? Could someone at CW provide some instructions for upgrading when you already own several of the included components? I don't want to screw up my existing plugs, but I don't want to miss anything that was improved upon.

Thanks,
John

I think you should do a custom install and deselected all the instruments and Melodyne. Dim Pro is a separate install from X3 so that's nothing to worry about. The latest Rapture is 1.22. If your Rapture is that version that you should leave that alone. The THD and prochannel stuff I would just have them installed again. I don't think that will not be a problem.
