Re-install after Windows 7 System Recover

For some reason when I attempt a re-install of SONAR 8.5, the setup program won't accept my serial number. Unless the CWDM-1.10-XXXXetc. isn't my serial number, I'm at a loss. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    That is a Dimension Pro serial number not a SONAR serial number. Your registration information is in your store account.
