bundle files

Hi, Im using sonar hs7,when I transfer a project as a bundle to another P.C. that also has hs7 it opens fine but when I try to send the file back to the first P.C. again as a bundle one or more of the tracks have a sort of hiccop (small part of the track repeats over an over). the tracks with the problem are the ones made with the first P.C. could this be a difference in P.C settings? one pc runs vista the other xp Thanks for any help
