Scroll wheel use for Pro-channel EQ knobs
Scroll wheel still doesn't work for Pro-channel EQ knobs. I assumed that at least it will be implemented as now we have a bigger flyout window but nahhh. Bit disappointed for sure. I use Pro-Q and these small things really helps and contributes to a faster workflow. Imagine adjusting the Q using your scroll wheel. With the analyzer and flyout window now it's really close to being a top EQ (For Sonar of course). In fact CW should make it available for outside world (read other DAWs ;-) For CW representative, is this feature planned for next update? if not please do consider.

I have to agree. In Ozone and Alloy EQs, mouse scroll adjusts the Q, and it is super helpful and nice.

I'm very disappointed about the lack of mouse wheel support in Sonar. Especially for the Pro-channel.

Also the scroll wheel should work in plugin/automation parameter menus. Instead we're limited to the cursor keys, those little arrow icons or typing the first letter of what you're looking for (if you know what you're looking for).

Add mid/side for the high and low pass filters and this could be my only EQ.

The scroll-wheel scrolls the ProChannel. How would it know when you want to turn a knob vs wanting to scroll the ProChannel? I'm just clarifying the feature request to avoid scroll-wheel dangers experienced elsewhere. Like in the track view, for example, there were times I wanted to scroll through tracks but it changed a track's setting (volume, gain, whatever).

Thanks Andrew. Appreciate it. While you are at it add the following as well :-) 1. freely move the flyout window 2. Pre and post analyzer

Studious The scroll-wheel scrolls the ProChannel. How would it know when you want to turn a knob vs wanting to scroll the ProChannel?
It depends on the position of your cursor. At times it also depends on the selected item. Studious I'm just clarifying the feature request to avoid scroll-wheel dangers experienced elsewhere. Like in the track view, for example, there were times I wanted to scroll through tracks but it changed a track's setting (volume, gain, whatever).
Of course the results will be wrong if your cursor is at the wrong place to start with. Apart from Sonar, I use Reaper regularly. IMO it has got the best scroll wheel implementation. For example, keep your cursor on vertical scroll bar use the scroll wheel to scroll up or down, keep your cursor on horizontal scroll bar use the scroll wheel to scroll left or right, Keep it on the track panel then it will zoom the tracks horizontally, keep it on mixer fader, use scroll wheel to increase/decrease gain, so on and so forth. In pro-q, just select the curve then use the scroll wheel to adjust the Q. It's very very helpful. You have to experience it to understand how helpful it is. But your point is also valid, if the cursor is at the wrong place wrong thing will happen.
