X3b Crash In Clean Audio Folder

I've been getting crashes reliably every time I run Utilities->Clean Audio Folder.
I have Sonar configured to store audio on a per project basis instead of using a global audio folder.
When I run the utility, it looks like it's scanning everything on the system instead of just my project audio folder, eventually it gets to a file it doesn't like and hangs with a not responding message. Clicking on the dialog turns it white, attempting to close it crashes Sonar.
Is there a way to get it to just scan the audio folder for the current project?

I've heard of a few people having problems with this.  I haven't, but then again, I don't use it.

I think the best advice is "Just don't use the Clean Audio Utility".
