THR10...Sonar greys out USB driver, can't select it?

Just bought this little amp, sounds all kinds of awesome.  It came with Cubase AI but I want to get Sonar to use the USB driver and can't seem to select it.  It sees it ok but it's greyed out.  My normal interface is a Konnekt48.  I should be able to select the USB input on a track and use the THR10 to record into Sonar...any suggestions?

Could it be the "one driver for I/O" ASIO restriction? Deselect both input and output for your normal interface and the THR10 should be available.
