Is it possible to mapping knobs of a controller to a differents VST at the same time?

Hi! I'm a Sonar X2 user and for a live shows I need to mapping different controls of my PCR-300 to a different instruments and effects.
I used the ACT control, but this tecnology automapping the controls of the instrument or effect that has the focus of the window, and this is the problem for me, because I need to use two or more controls at the same time of different plugins without change the focus of the window.
So, can I assing one control of mi controller to a control of a effect like fx:reverb and assing another control of my controller to a control of a synth like Z3ta+, at the same time (and obviously control both of them simultaniusly)?

Here is an example that I want to do.

Thank you so much!

I've added an image to ilustrate it.

Anyone? I think that it's a basic question
I really wouldn't change from Sonar to Ableton live...

Would it be possible to use an FX chain and map the desired knobs and faders to an FX chain knob?

what i typically do is add an automation lane for the parameter i want to control, then right-click in the parameter slider on the lane and select romete control from the context menu.  then, i move a slider or knob on my controller and click learn in the popup.

Thanks!... It works!
I think that it's the best solution for my live shows.

This mapping only several parameters of the FX chain, but if I need to map more parameters of other tracks I have no control of this. But your anwer is really interesting to do some live performance. Thanks!!
