they want us to upgrade.. so wait till they stop patching x3, perhaps... ya know what marketing would call "enhancements" and no mention of bug fixing in their adverts. early adopters can ferret out bugs for me.. I do find it funny they are saying it's great after 1 day, give it 2 weeks+ and really test it.

cake do this once to often, so they can wait for my money now (other vendors I use don't have as many issues)

Besides a different company altogether made X2 ;) So that's why they are forgiven in my book...

x2 was great for me, very stable, I know other complained it had issues but I don't recall any issues that stopped users from using it.
just nagging bugs and certain things people didn't like to much.
what some users were saying didn't work, other users were saying worked fine...and the other way around or what ever you wanna call it.

IMO there was not enough people complaining of the same thing for them to fix certain things.
would I have wanted a B patch. yes.
did I need it? no but it would have been nice.

Well, FWIW we're about three weeks in now and X3 still seems to be holding up OK.   And for some, X3 has been way more than just OK, it's been very, very good.  For that matter, the best initial release in a long time.
