Drummed to a drumless YouTube song but now can't upload to SoundCloud

I had fun playing drums on "Sultans of Swing" YouTube drumless video found here:

I then recorded myself and want to publish to SoundCloud but I was blocked.  SoundCloud says it may be a copyright infringement.  
Too bad because it turned out pretty good and I wanted you all to hear it.  
 
Oh well.  I guess I could upload the track to YouTube.  I don't know how they removed the drums from the track.  Is this someone recording all the parts and singing?  If so, they did an awesome job.  If its the real thing - how did they get this on YouTube?  Am I an arse for asking?

    Sounds like the original song to me.... just a tad muddy.
     
    Maybe someone got a hold of ones of those mp3 mutitrack exports (I have two Queen songs someone gave me: KQ and BH).

    The video is not marked as being something that can be created upon. There are two settings for videos uploaded to utub (youtube) - the standard license (in which case those that put it up whomever it is should own the copyright to the song) and the Creative Commons license you can read about there in the help section of utub.
     
    Of course there are probably a lot of videos up on utub that should not necessarily be there, but then again, if you make no money on it, and the copyright owner is not complaining about it (some companies will and not allow it) then it is only for entertainment, and although wrong, it is still done.
