Insert synth problems

I've recently decided to get back into using Sonar so I've installed my X1 on my new PC and I've been playing around. I've found that some synths will not load. I get a message that says "Failed to insert soft synth. The synth may not be properly installed". The affected instruments are nPULSE, Pentagon 1, Velocity and Dimension LE. I can get Pentagon working when I log in as admin and Dimension LE works as DXi.
 
Anyone have any ideas?

    What bit rates are you running for both Windows and Sonar?

    Sorry should've thought to give my system specs.
     
    Windows 7 64bit
    i7 3.6Ghz Processor
    32Gb DDRIII 1600Mhz Ram
     
    I was thinking it was probably an issue with running 64bit but I got Beatscape working by scanning the VST folders so assumed the others would work too.

    i7-3820 3.6Ghz Processor. 32Gb DDR3 RAM. GTX660 Graphics Card. M-Audio Fast Track Pro.

    If you are running 64bit SONAR the two synths from Project 5, nPULSE and Velocity, will not run. They are 32bit DXi plug-ins. They will only work in 32bit SONAR.

    Ah right, they're Project 5 synths, makes sense now. That would also explain the Dimension LE.
