Frustrated: FX Chain and ProChannel Presets missing

I've have X1 Production Suite, X2 Producer and now X3 Producer.  I -all- this time, I still haven't seen one preset that ships with the product (as advertised).  I will assume that I am doing something really wrong.
 
I have a fresh install of X3 now - downloaded from Cakewalk store.   Is there some special installation workstep that will allow me to install the presets.
 
Arrgghh!  Getting frustrated...

    SONAR does ship with quite few presets. It may be that your configuration is pointing to the wrong locations.
     
    The default location for FX Chain presets is "C:\Cakewalk Content\SONAR X3 Producer\FX Chain Presets"
     
    The default location for ProChannel presets is "C:\Cakewalk Content\SONAR X3 Producer\ProChannel Presets"
     
    SONAR looks for FX Chain presets in the directory defined in the Preferences > File > Folder Locations  "FX Chain Presets" entry
     
    SONAR looks for the ProChannel presets based on a registry entry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cakewalk Music Software\SONAR Producer\X3\UserPaths key ProChannelStripPresetFolder

    Theres a folder on my computer called Sonar X-3 and it has all the Presets in there along with a bunch of other stuff like Track Templates, Track icons etc. I did a custom install so I have no idea where it would be on your computer.

    X-3e/X-2a, Windows 7 64bit, Intel i7-2600, 16Gb ram, 4 Tb HDD, 32 inch monitor, RME FireFace UFX, Shure SRH1840 Headphones, KRK Rockit 5 monitors w/ KRK 10 inch sub and 3 Dachshunds.

    I had to do an advanced re-install, but also update the location markers in the registry.  That has me back on track!   This is a bit of a different (better) user experience with SONAR!
