Scrolling Issues in Track View

Sonar X2 Studio.  Using audio clips only, no MIDI.  When I scroll left to right in Track View, the audio clips shown in my tracks scroll at different rates.  That is, when waveform diagrams in adjacent tracks are lined up I scroll left or right and suddenly they are not lined up.  Anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?
