Sonar X3 - a few issues after 1st project
1) I have an audio take (dialog for a movie) which is split into many different clips in Sonar. When I draw envelope points in one of the clips, these points get copied to the edge of all the subsequent clips from that take. I have gone about erasing these as I come upon them, but, for a feature length film with a lot of dialog editing, there are hundreds of these envelope points. I do not know if this is a problem in terms of efficiency or not, but it sure is a visual mess.

2) With my control surface attached and the console view in its own window, the height of the window does not compensate for the bank group indicators on the bottom of the faders and so the very tops of the channels get cut off.
3) When initiating V-Vocal on a region, the underlying original clip does not get muted making it impossible to work with it.
4) I have an instrument folder as the last track on the screen. On startup of this project, the synth track in that folder is unchecked in the track manager. I have to go into the track manager at the beginning of each session and re-enable the track regardless of how the project is saved (with that track checked or not).
5) If a project is saved with the track set to "Clip Gain Automation", the setting remains on the restart of the computer but the tools do not work. The track has to be set to another mode and then back to Clip Gain to get it to work.
6) On startup, some track folders show a "-" in the track title but are not expanded. A click on it will convert it to "+" and then it can be hit to expand the folder.
7) As mentioned in another thread, I could not get the automation to work for the ProChannel EQ (Enable). It will work if that track is selected and the Inspector is showing its ProChannel. Otherwise, the automation will not work. It will not render even if the Inspector is open.
