X3c: Video Timcode SMTP + M:B:T Synchronization

Hi.
I am happy. Sonar X3c now is have normal work with video. I can change Start time and my project is not crash.
But... I have a problem with Synchronization.
 
I have video timecode 02:17:40:00
My music start in bar 11 (marker START MUSIC)
But if I start from this bar 11 my Video timecode will be other...
 
How can I to do synchronization this Video Timecode with M:B:T?

I want go to #11 (Music start) and want to see Videotime code  02:17:40:00
 
P.S. I can do this in Studio One 2.6, Cubase 7. And what about Sonar X3c?
P.S.S. in Studio One 2.6 I have (special Offset time code) for Video. In Cubase I can move video like audio clip.

In my other PC Video is working bad... but this is no problem.
I try change the start position - 02:17:23:00 and now video 02:17:40:00 in Bar 11

I found one solution. Do you know other solution?
 

 

You have a few options to line things up.
 
1/ Change the start position of the video, or
2/ Insert a tempo change somewhere before the music starts to speed up or slow down the timeline so that m11 lands at the desired time, or
3/ insert some odd meter measures before the music starts, or
4/ some combination of 2 & 3.
 
The easiest is to move the start time of the video, but I've used all those methods for 1 reason or another.  They all work.
