Rocksmith 2014 - Bapu

Hey Bapu

- since Rocksmith 2014 has been out for a bit now could you let me know which bonus song your son worked on?

Amazingly my wife and I found something we both can enjoy in Rocksmith and I would like to be able to tell her that sometime I read funny posts on the internet from the father of the guy who did such and such song. ( did I say that right? Maybe someone will fix it for me )

If nothing else tell him great job on the game. We already have several new songs to work on beside all the original ones we never quite mastered.

Thank you so much.

Wow it must be some song. I looks like Aching Head - Self-Destruct is one of the last achievements you can earn in the game. It's going to take me a while to get there.

Did he work on any other aspects of the game? Charting or techniques?

And here I thought someone would take issue of the word 'funny' not 'sometimes' ;)

I appreciate you taking the time to find this for me Bapu.

My son is called a note tracker, which means he listens to the song and 'transcribes' the song for the programmers to incorporate into the product. It's not just saying "an Am is played there" but also if a riff has bends, tapping, harmonics etc. FWIW my son has near pitch perfect hearing. At fifteen he told me a commercial bass sample I had was out of tune. We plugged the output of the sampler (Ensoniq EPS) into a tuner. He was right, the sample was a half needle width off dead center.
