Problem with NUDGE midi notes

Well, this learning curve with X series has been tough. A lot of things has changed from 8.5 Some for good and others not that good. Now I can't NUDGE UP and DOWN midi notes properly. Instead of moving the notes in the piano roll by steps it moves them to the upper or downer track. I believe its a setting that I'm missing but I can't find where it is. Any help?. I need to finish a bass line soon and really need to have this feature properly

    Got it. Changed absolute time to 1 instead of default 10
