X3c - Mouse Scroll Zoom "Fix" Now Goes To BOTTOM Of Track View?

X3c - Mouse Scroll Zoom "Fix" Now Goes To BOTTOM Of Track View?

Is anyone else getting this behaviour in X3c where the mouse scroll zoom now jumps to the bottom track of the track view - rather than the top, which it used to do in X3b?
 
Sometimes it does it when zooming in and others when zooming out
 
Could some of you please test this when you get a chance:
 
Open Track View with a good number of tracks
 
Put your mouse cursor on a clip in one of the middle tracks
 
Press ALT and scroll your mouse wheel
 
Do you get a JUMP to your bottom track?

    On my home PC with Win8.1 X3b, 29trks project, when I do what you say to track #19, with my mouse on the middle of the track, TV jumps to the very first track. It zooms in and out like I want, but it jumps all the way to the very first track in TV! Not the trk I am working on! #19.
     
    So if your mouse stays on the track it's on when doing this, (like the one you are working on/want to zoom in on), then I'd say that's a big improvement!

    What you describe is exactly the issue I discovered with X3b - which the bakers said was fixed in the X3c update
     
    However, what I am now experiencing is a jump to the BOTTOM track (instead of the first track!!!) - however, sometimes it does work but I wanted to see if anyone on X3c is experiencing this
