nothing to see here... Move along...

Start by selecting the entire track & do a bounce to clip.
 
This will put everything into one long, contiguous clip which makes troubleshooting a bit easier.
 
Next, select all the notes by clicking & dragging down the notes pane on the left. Make sure all notes are on the same Midi channel, unless you're doing something a bit more elaborate with Midi assignments
 
How are your velocities? Sometimes, quiet notes can almost disappear visibly in the prv as their shade fades downwards with velocity.
 
None of this explains why you can't see it in the Event List though.

Thanks for that reference.  That looks like a really great tool for the purpose it is designed for -- i.e. for the not-very-accomplished pianist who wants to compose piano-based pop tunes.  The work flow seems to be perfectly honed for that task.
 
If I didn't already have Band-in-a-box, I would be very tempted to buy EZKeys.  But I can do most of what EXKeys does in BIAB, although the workflow is much more indirect.  This one goes on the list of stuff I buy when I win the lottery.
