exporting in tracks

I am starting to see that engineering is not my game. I have a friend for whom it is. He has offered to mix and master and otherwise tweak my tracks. I would like to give him the raw tracks from a project in my HS6 in a form that he can use in ProTools. How should I proceed?

Export the individual tracks as wavs. Preferably so, that each track starts at first measure (add meaningles data in the beginning, if needed), this way they're easy to re-assemble in Pro Tools.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

Highlight a track - look under File menu item - Export Track - (read carefully what you want exported and what format you want it in and bit rate and sample rate before exporting).

Do it with all tracks you want exported, I suppose one at a time, and check in the Help Section of Sonar for exporting audio.
