X3c Left Click = Scroll Right In Staff View

This just started in X3c. Whenever I left click on the beat position markers on the top of the staff view, the whole thing scrolls right (forward in time) and the mouse pointer moves to the right with it. I'm not dragging or moving the mouse when I do it, it just seems to do it by itself. This is really maddening since I spend a lot of time in the staff view. This only appears to happen when the Staff View is undocked on the left screen. Is anyone else seeing this? Is there a fix for this behavior?

you know - I noticed this too, but I'm running X2a. Older versions of Sonar didn't do this. I used to use the measure marker bar to select bars to copy/paste and it worked really well. Now, whenever I click up in that bar, it shifts to the right about 3-4 measures and highlights everything automatically. It's rather annoying, but I just started getting used to adjusting the snap points to whole measures and doing it in the main track window, so I manage.

Sonar Platinum (lifetime sub) :: Windows 8.1 Pro :: AMD FX-8350 CPU, 16GB ram :: 120GB SSD (boot), 1TB 7200rpm HDD (data/projects) :: (dual) Focusrite Saffire Pro40 (TI chipset on FW card) :: lots of plugins :: lots of various midi controllers and hardware synths :: Pearl Drums/Paiste Cymbals/Roland & Alesis Electronic pads.
