Jittering mice on Windows 8.1?

Some people were complaining about it somewhere....
 
Anyway please read this if you are effected.
 

Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
@48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.

    There's a good chance that the flaky mouse behavior in 8.1 is somehow related to to the problem some folks are having with faders and buttons reportedly flipping around on their own....

    Interesting. But I did confirm the other day that the "Now Time" marker freezes/jerks randomly whenever I move the mouse "inside" TV. On X2 & 3 with Win8.1 and on Win7 64 X3. I forgot to post back in that thread.
