X3 and Comp Lanes

I upgraded to X3 yesterday and so far it has been painless. My system is running great and so far all I've seen is very good. I do have one question, though, regarding the comp lanes. I am attempting to stack background vocals, but as soon as a click on a clip on one take lane, the others become muted. How to I make Sonar leave all the lanes on a track unmuted so I can have all the audio play at the same time?

Thanks

Great to hear of the upgrade!

If you want to layer, the first approach would be to set the record mode to sound on sound.
After the fact, then ctrl + click the lower 1/2 of the clips to unmute them.

When using the smart tool on lanes, it has multiple regions.  If you just want to select clips/time, make sure to stay in the upper 1/2 of the clip.  The lower 1/2 is where comping occurs.
