You don't need a promo code. Just select the appropriate option for where you are upgrading from when you order.

in fact i can understand your response on that
but i really searching the way how to obtain promotionnal code
a lot of time we made purchase but i never saw one
soo i'm really asking my self if this is the case or not
just for answering i have to made upgrade from X1
and that's more expensive than expected so
maybe promotionnal code was a good idea finally

You would be looking at "upgrade from any Producer version"($199US).
There is no promo code that comes into play there. It is what it is.
