Take Lane Regions Moving to Different Take Lane When Bouncing To Clip

I was having a problem with take lane regions moving when I selected them and used bounce to clip.
It happens like this:

Say you have 3 take lanes and, using the comping tool, split them into regions.
IF NO TAKE LANES ARE SOLOED, and you select one of the bottom 2 regions and do a Bounce To Clip, it moves the region to the top take lane.
IF YOU SOLO THE TAKE LANE where the region is and then do a Bounce To Clip, it stays put.

I'm just wondering if this is by design or a small bug?

It took me a while to figure out that I needed to solo the take lane, where the selected region is, before the bounce to clip to make it stay put.

I hope someone can try this and let me know if it works the same way for you. You just need a trak with at least 3 take lanes to try it.

Thanks.

Are you in X3? I know there has been issues with lane processing. I have run into a couple. TS is aware of them. My issues were processing the clips in the track view and not processing the clips in the lanes. My thought is if you can't edit the audio in the track view, disable it or fix it. I would rather not be forced to process audio in the lanes though...

My issue was using melodyne and a muted track above the actual track I wanted to change. The track view played back what I wanted with the one lane muted in position above the live audio. When I set the range in the track view and tried to edit the audio, the audio was shown correctly, but the processing resulted in no audio because the muted clip was processed.

There is still some work with lane processing needed to be done.
