Loop resetting?

I'm not sure if this is normal behavior but I don't recall this happening before.  I set up a loop and recorded a couple of lanes with Comp on.  I decide that the end of the loop is ending too soon so I stretch it out a few measures and then I hit edit -> undo recording.  The loop gets set back to the previous setting.  So, undo recording is undoing my loop settings as well.
