Buzz in send bus

Having an issue with a buzz in the send bus. I have seen some similar posts however I have not seen any work a rounds or solutions. At first I was getting a buzz on the right channel when using the console emulation, only in the N mode. I was able to get rid of this by adjusting the trim on the console plug in and thought I had it solved.
Now same buzz but is coming in my reverb send bus that I have setup, only in the right channel, using the same console emulation mode, and using my Waves manny marquin reverb pluggin in the bus. Other sends seem to be Ok.
Has anybody else had similar issues, and found any solutions

Try disabling the "64-bit Double Precision Engine" in Preferences > Audio > Driver Settings.
