The setup Titetrax mentioned is the usual and a really good setup to use.
Install the Operating System (OS) and SONAR on the C (SSD) drive, Cakewalk Projects and Content folder on another drive, and Samples on another separate drive.
It is also a good idea to get a good backup and restore program, such as Acronis True Image to backup your C drive (in case the SSD fails or goes dead.) You can put the backup image on any of the drives that doesn't have the OS installed on it. And it's a really good practice to turn System Restore on for the C drive.
