Track Icons Degrading and Having to be Reloaded

I did a search and did not find this, but my track icons, after time degrade, become blurry/pixelated progressively, and have to be reloaded, on the track, console and panel views...  Anyone else have this trouble?

. . . so bizarre, never heard of this one, your computer specs seem top notch, but I'm thinking graphics card, running out of memory ?
Also, you have waded into the murky waters of Win 8.1, cutting edge, but I wonder . . .

I'll be interested to see if anyone else has seen this at all.
If you restart Sonar, does it fix it ? Or, do you have to reboot Windows to fix it ?
Or, only reloading the track icons fixes it ?

I noticed the same thing. Reloaded icons and it was fine. Happened to a project that hasn't been opened for a few weeks. So far it's only happened to the one project.

Clear the picture folder cache on Sonar. If that doesn't do it update your graphics cards drivers

I've seen this happen on occasion.

It seems as if a 256x256 pixel icon (or whatever it is)  shows up as 48x48 or something like that.

Don't know why it happens, I just re-save a new icon.

Haven't heard this issue before. Can you guys reproduce it or supply a recipe?
