Should X3 do well with my Win8.1 Inspiron i7-3537U CPU @ 2.00 GHz

Should X3 do well with my Win8.1 Inspiron i7-3537U CPU @ 2.00 GHz

I read the system requirements for X3 are:
 
"Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 2.67 GHz...or higher"  (which I confess I don't understand)
 
So, I'd like to download X3 to this computer if you all state its OK.

    Thanks!  I just read its a dual-core (not quad).  'Got a fair deal from Staples ($799) with 13 days left to test-drive it.
